Well indeed, the bow item is pretty useless when you have no arrows. But there is an archer kit specially made for having a bow and arrows, and I think you can maybe use the bow you have without the archer kit, if you manage to kill someone with the archer kit. This way you get arrows for your bow, or just pick up arrows from the ground

So, a solution could be, a bit of armor for the bow kit and a bit of arrows in the tools shop

thats basically adding a kit though
its really not that hard to craft/find arrows

If they do that archer kit will be useless
Btw i get arrows by dodging archers arrows and taking them to shot them back which means the bow tool isnt useless :]

Probably everyone knows this, but for those who don't:
It's not hard to gather these items. If you don't find them in chests, then you can mine iron ore. It's a hassle, but that's the point.
Also, being able to buy 64 arrows is ridiculous. That will be too overpowered, and it will be difficult to catch arrow dupers.

It's really easy to craft arrows in Sky Wars since there's an unbelievable high chance to get them in coal ores, and chests always contain a few arrows or flint or feathers. The bow item can be really useful and doesn't need arrows or the archer kit would be kind of useless no matter what.
