So far I've seen arrows, enderpearl, snow balls, and I suspect eggs can be thrown with fire now.
Any throwables can probably trigger it.
No fire damage (from bow shots) is received from it.
Dropping items from inventory does not engage fire aspect.

Rock233 is not hacking, and the other dude I'm not certain as there is no enchantment on its bow.

We can’t tell that from the video, it just shows his ‘team mate’ throwing the snow balls - the fact he reported it as a bug clearly goes to show it was probably just for the purpose of the video.

Well, if it's just for the purpose of the video then I'd leave it. But if they were teaming before they were recording then I'd ban.

I don’t think they deserve to be banned, the chat even had ‘take screenshot’ so yeah, it was most likely just to report the bug.
