I think it's very possible this player is bypassing a mute. He has been recently reported just yesterday for saying inappropriate things in chat.

He has been reported for inappropriate language 7 times in the past and I don think this guy has learned his lesson. I think he should be banned because:

1. He bypassed a mute (See the the second thread in the screenshot. It was posted yesterday. He said inappropriate things in chat and today he has said something in trm)

2. He has been reported for inappropriate language 7 times in the past and his guy still does not learn his lesson.
