In my opinion on that, you don't need to create a thread like that due to for no reason. First they say that "shut up" so that someone starts to be rude them at all, as he/she will eventually leave from the player and get hatred. Tell your sister not to say that shut up next time again in the chat, as this will give players hate. Please keep in mind that in the future.
