transferring names

so i bought a transfer ticket and i’m trying to switch my ign from “Gleaming_Death_1” to “xxeuphoriaa” but i can’t because i forgot my password to “Gleaming_Death_1” snd i cant find any options where i can reset my password. i bought an emerald rank on that account and i have a good level. i don’t want all of that gone because i can’t remember my password. please someone help!

An admin or mod can reset your password but you need proof you own the account such as a screenshot saying ‘Welcome Back! [Username]’ or you being logged into the app.
Then you can send them the screenshot
