I want a transfer ticket thinking f changing my name to meowo16hu so if I do it my current acc is KraddlezMC can I make a xbox Live account called meowo16hu and it log me in instead of registering?

You cant change your current IGN by just changing your xbox live account, the only way to change it is to buy one.

You have to buy a transfer ticket, it is cost for 2.50 USD in the Shop.

You can buy a Xbox ticket to change your Xbox gamertag and buy a transfer ticket in BL.
