Transfer ticket

so about an hour ago, i bought a transfer ticket but when i try to use it in the server, it keeps telling me that i have to buy one in order to change my name.
Did the transaction failed or it just need more time for it to transfer to my account?
i dont think the transaction failed because it showed purchased for about a second and i lost 2.50 U$ in my account

You might need to restart ur mc. are you sure you wrote ur name correctly? If it still doesnt appear contact the staff or vertx so they can refund the £2.50

Do you have your order ID? You can find it in your email that you have received when you bought the transfer ticket.
