Transfer shop purchases

so I have a question, is it possible to transfer purchased shop things?

Like example, a friend of mine bought a transfer ticket but he doesn’t need the ticket anymore and wants to give it to me.

Is that possible?

Maybe with the order ID?

I am sorry to say, but like you can't transfer a rank to another persons account, you can't transfer other items aswell.
