Transfer account

Well, I want to transfer my account MCPENick to my new ign, MCPENickYT but dunno how, can someone help me? Or I just want my yt rank but I got 3 warnings for some reasons :/ (I just create my new ign), if u cant transfer my lvl 131 account, I can restart from lvl 1 but with yt rank, but someone erase my warnings for MCPENickYT account pls ;-;
