Traductions in the server !

Hi !

So probably , i see that a lot of players speak other languages than english and i want to add traductions to the server « i mean the basic languages like french and espagnol » , but you need to find traductors for it ( personnally i speak more french than english xD ) , so yeah it will help for know the logics of the server and more interactivity ! ( Im talking to @vertx the most ) !
