I think it has to do with the device you're using, for example, if you are using phone (which is a small device), screen touch will be bigger, but if you use tablet( big device), it will make the screen touch smaller

You can change the circle by downloading block launcher and going to the settings go to DPI I thing and change it to what ever u want like 180
