TNTRun XP boost

the TnTTag event was fun while it lasted, because yes it's a dead game, but because all the dead games except splatter and KrAzYKarts are gone (which give a level of XP each game) we can't do that anymore

so maybe we can add a boost to some games that don't give as much XP, like TNTRun!

I have an idea, add boosters to BL shop! like (2 of 4x xp booster = $40) and maybe that person can choose what game can be boosted for 12 hours!

Yeah, if the person could boost a game, then the game get a 12 hour xp boost for everyone! And if the xp boosters gets added to the BL shop, it could help BL a bit with its funding issue!
