There were only one command block needed: /execute @e[type=snowball] ~ ~ ~ summon tnt ~ ~2 ~ (the '~2' is to /summon tnt 2 blocks above the snowball)

The command "stick" in the screenshots is to summon a custom wither skeleton boss
