I like that you added more things but they look rushed/unpolished. I was thinking of the kelp being more like this:

The huge structures above are I think bigger sea animals like the hammerhead shark and seal? I think they could be improved too. I also agree with Bubblegums that it is a bit crowded so maybe make a bit of space in some areas of the map. :)
