TNT Run Map Picking

Hello,
I just started playing on this server and am unsure why I cannot vote for a map. I was told there is supposed to be a shard or some item that allows me to vote on my hotbar. I have attached a picture of what I see. Any help will be appreciated!

It looks like you are on java, the map voting system is broken on java edition rn

Edit:
Not "broken" per say, just intentionally absent due to different characteristics between java and bedrock.
Eventually there will be an alternative option for Java players to vote maps.
