Her IGN is _samanthaboss and I’m not sure if this was a glitch exploit, but I couldn’t find any way of getting there in spectator mode so..

I just found it and did some testing, this is most certainly glitch exploiting considering the area of the map and the players level. They are temporarily banned, thanks for reporting!
