This has been reported a lot.
I've experienced it too.
I don't think it's something @vertx can fix, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Mojang.
Also, if you do crouch/stand still and you get reported, it's technically exploiting a glitch, so I suggest you don't do it.

Yes, this has been reported a lot.This is actually considered glitching wich results a ban.So please don't do it.However, I don't know if this can be fixed.
