Most people don’t know how to make a TNT cannon, even so, don’t know how to direct it, lit the TNT at the right time or know the TNT required for the distance, which gets even more unexpected trajectory with more TNT used for blasting the upper TNT away.

Creepers are usually weak at pvp and will avoid fighting or will waste a lot of TNT on one player, so if you have a wide open area, you could easily kill them. So no, I don’t think it should be nerf, they’re really easy to avoid anyways. Unless you’re trapped underneath them, then you better start praying.
