Hello everyone! I’m making a thread about all the things you need to put in a staff application, and what you must do to have a chance of getting in-to the staff team.~Th

The first thing you want to do in a staff application, is always be honest, make sure to tell the truth about everything, exp; don’t lie about your age, make sure to not lie about your experience as a staff member, nor do you want to lie about anything els. Remember, honesty is key.
If you’re looking to become a moderator on such a big server like this, you want to have experience, so maybe try out for some other staff positions on smaller servers, so you can get an idea on what that role actually represents, and what you stand for.
When you make your application, ake sure to check it over, and over again. What some “employers” are looking for is someone who has good grammar skills.
If you’re not overley confident with spelling, then maybe you want to practise before applying, this is another aspect that employers are looking for in a person, if a staff member spells something wrong, it doesn’t look good on them.
Things to say in your application:
You want to be distinct when applying, put in a lot of detail, but not to much. I would suggest 700 words or under. Staff members who check the applications don’t want to sit there and read a 1000 word long paragraph of you just talking about yourself. One of the things I added in my application was what a role of a staff member actually is, that's the kind of stuff that an employer would be looking for, that attention to detail.
What to do if you're accepted:
When or if you get this staff role, you don't want to brag, some people take that personally, someone might have applied and not gotten in, and as a staff member, you need to help the community. Another thing is don't be toxic, even if you were in the past, doesn't mean you still have to. If you've been the lowest staff rank for a while, try not to get impatient, don't worryk you will get that promotion soon!
