Hello! From my playing of THG I have come up with a few tips for players. Some may help, some won’t. Some will work for SG as well, but hey. It’s tips xD

First: Stay with your team! Teams that travel together are more powerful, and they can easily wipe out anyone that strays from their own team.

Second: Gather food, as much as possible. Food plays a big part in the PvP in my opinion, and it can also determine how the battle will go.

Gather food that will heal a lot:
Steak, Stews, any cooked meat, and gapples. (These are rare I guess)

Avoid picking up food that won’t heal so much:
Anything raw, veggies (Carrots, potatos(unbaked)) and cookies.

Third: This tip is mainly for water base maps. Grab a fishing rod. A fight in the water can be very annoying when the other person keeps swimming away. When you have a rod, you can use it in the player and pull them back. You can get a few hits off before you have to repeat the process.

Fourth: If you use the menu at THG you’ll see that there isn’t a kit section. Kits are still in the game, you just have to visit the normal SG server to select it.

Kits I’d recommend: I heavily recommend the Buster kit. It gives you the best armour right away along with 3 steaks. These come in handy quite often.

The other kit I’d recommend is Pyro. Pyro gives a bit of armour, and a melon slice along with fire powers. The fire is great for dealing a little bit of extra damage, but lacks with food and armour.

As a last bit for this part, visit the tool box. Here you can choose a starting weapon. You can choose from a stone sword and a iron sword. Both work well if you’re having bad luck finding good weapons in the chests.

Hope someone found these helpful in some sorta way. Thanks for reading !

The fire doesn't last long enough to do any damage just to give you a heads up, it only "blinds" players.
