tips for filling ink?

Does anyone have tips for filling ink?
Because usually I need to wait long until I can use the egg thingy .-.

like stay close to your teammates???

im personally not an expert at the game but when i run out of ink, i run back and forth on the closest ink next to me and when its refilled somewhat (doesn’t have to be completely), i continue forward ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's hard to play on W10 as using the shovel drops two eggs instead of one which wastes a lot of ink, but the bow is excellent

I suggest not spamming the shovel a lot of people do that and it wastes ink because you're splatting the same bit like 3 times

just kill yourself (if i remember correctly, splatter kills and deaths don't count in your actual k/d stats in /mystats)
you'll respawn with full ink capacity
and then you can use the ghast tear to teleport to a teammate

Hey, You should try to Zig Zag. This helps save ink. And if you’re below 20 ink, Just don’t sprint. Me and Lachlan Zig zag a lot and it’s gotten us scores like this:

I Just Run While I Am Splatting And If I Have No Ink Left Then I Walk Backwards And Then I Run Again LMAO.

Hi! As for me, what I do is walk backwards and forwards repeatedly (kind of like shuffling my feet around) on blocks of my colour. To prevent wasting ink, I suggest not sprinting when unnecessary and try not spamming the shovel. Hope this helps!

Whatever you do, I recommend you staying far away from your teammates and concentrate on splattering the ink.

What I do is go to a place where there's not a lot of people and fill the empty spots then zig zag so your ink fills up fast.
