He has been told (if I remember correctly) as long as it doesn't affect gameplay it's acceptable- the bottom two blocks of the skin are normal it just has an extremely large hat xD I actually saw him wearing it earlier and didn't ban him for it- as long as the hitbox is normal and can be seen clearly it's okay - thank you for the report Panda
