And I know for this guy mr_Yuh671 you can't tell he's hacking but he was flying. He also seemed to have a food hack or something and was walking fast

I don't think that is enough proof. He might have been standing on the glitched bed and there is no proof of speed hacks or food hacks. Also, he might have mined a lot of coal or killed many ppl with food or used the food kit.
