The encounter was literally just that i beat them in TNT Run, and they just messaged me that. I think they were joking as someone else was also messaging me things, i feel like they might of been friends. I will send the screenshot of their 'friends' messages.

Ok. Well I think the best thing you can do here is ignore them. It's highly rude, but I don't believe this is enough to constitute as bullying.
