there is no point to say sorry when you meant to do something, you meant to leave so you don't need to say sorry, saying sorry is only for the things you have mistakenly done, or you regret.
plus, why would you leave just because of the stupid hackers? you wanted a perfect server without a s♥♥♥ty hackers ruining the fun of the game? why wouldn't you make your own server instead if that's what all you want, why did you play a freaking block game if you expect that there will be no hackers, lmao you're so hilarious.
you're telling that they anti-cheat system is a trash? god damn, do you code? do you do jobs like programmers do? do you waste money just to support a freaking server? before you say everything is not working fine here even the system, think if you're the one who's doing their best just to support a server.
no staff doing their jobs in time? well, let me ask you, do you have a life? i assume you don't have one, because you don't care for others you care for a stupid block game. staff do their best just to support as a fair gameplay, they also have lives they aren't machines and robots that when you call them they'll do things you want everyday for 24 hours.
