This is not enough proof to be honest, since staff don't know if thats the real player. Try providing more evidence like spectating the player so it will show her name!

After checking this users skin on the admin panel I’ve temporarily banned her for an inappropriate skin.

Small tip: if you’re playing murder mystery and can’t get the username of somebody use /tab it’ll list all users WiFi connection although it gives usernames as well as their face.
