Just ban him forever. Simple as that. Hopefully the mods or admins will just lock this thread because any further replies are just unnecessary. Someone like this deserves everything that comes to them. I'm pretty sure this could be years in prison for an adult. But, this is just a minecraft forums and he's just a teenager. I wouldn't say that this would be enough for him to go to jail, but there should be some harsh consequences to this.
