I don't think you can get banned for this. It doesn't go against the skin code or the height code. People might find it unfair, but I doubt it's bannable. It's not invisible and it's 2 blocks high. Your good my friend.

Like I have a sister irl that we play games together. And if one of us dies we spectate and tell the other who the murd was. It's not bannable, but it's can be considered unfair.
