Actually, as soon as we see hackers, we ban them for no less than 30 days (helpers ban for 7 days). All staff members that can permanently ban, ban them permanently. Staff that can only temp-ban (not including helpers) ban for 30 days.
Anyway, that ^ is just what I do and according to a few other staff members themselves. But anyway, someone can correct me.
So if a hacker makes an appeal and lies, they stay banned, we don't ban them for a longer time because we would have to unban them and ban them again, and if they're already banned there's no need to make the time longer, and permanently is permanently, so they never come back after that.
