True, I honestly wish more people would state constructive criticism. It's annoying when people say they hate staff members. Instead of getting mad at us for making mistakes because we're actually humans like you, tell us what we can do to improve at our jobs.

This wasn't targeting anyone, I just wanted to put it out there.

I suggest to use not just constructive criticism to improve on the mistakes you make. Even rude comments can be used as a guide, though it depends whether they state a reason and whether that reason is a preference or actually something that needed to be pointed out.
