THIS KILLS ME!!

Ok so I have been trying to join on the server using both main hub ports. But when I teleport into the server, after a few seconds I disconnect and it comes up on my screeen with ‘Disconnected from server' and this has been happening for ages now. I think I might have complained about this before idk. Help??
