And by the way, i don't think staff can get him banned. The screenshot shows the skin but not the username, they need the username for them to be able to ban him.

All I can do is temporarily ban him and then wait for another Moderator or Administrator to set a permanent ban.

I have set him to a 7 day tempban and have informed an Administrator and Moderator to change the ban to a permanent ban later when they are next online.
