it's been a while since I bought my Emerald ranking and I'm not getting 2x exp. How do my friends get 2x exp and I don't? please correct I need the boost exp.
can someone remove my Emerald ranking and add it again to see if this bug goes away?

the exp boost only works for the first month or so thats why ppl get gold ranks because its cheaper and the exp boost lasts the whole time

it's not to talk to my friends and I know it's not on the leaderboards and I just want to reach a goal.
