I think emerald players should show the tag "EMERALD" or "E" to they fly on hub.
Bc this can happen everytime.

It’s a bug that happens sometimes...

I never saw someone banned because of that, but if it happens they can create a thread on Ban Appeals and they are immediatly unbanned (only if they flied in hub)

And the stats do not change when you get banned, when you come back to the server, you still have the same stats

It's not a bug, I don't think. There's an option in settings where you can turn off the tag.

I’ve done it before all u have to do is do /tag and make ur nick and chat gray
