This Community Is Dying

Honestly, I think this community isn't really called a community anymore. What are we? Just a website for likes? I think this is what likes and messages are:

Likes = Selfish

Messages = Temptation

Like, you just want to write something not to help, but it's just to get these "messages" I don't think they are important.


You may say "Well, they help new members know you have been there a long time"

Well, it doesn't matter how long you've been here, BUT WHAT YOU DID!!!

You may brag how long you have been here, but you don't know how many people you made cry. Even I feel the same. That's why I don't want this community to die out. At least, we all made memories here.

Honestly, we don't need a "leaderboard" to compete. Also, if your one of those selfish people about likes and messages, how is that gonna affect your life?

When I came here, I was obsess with wins, likes, and everything revolving around myself. I realized, that just being funny and not acting serious won't make me a better person.

Like, most people came for ban appeals, staff, or being popular. I realized how many people we are losing. I feel the same. I don't think people are getting this "Story Trend"

I don't think the writers get that 80 percent of the audience are lieing about how they like it. A few of them are good, but I just wanted to make this thread that I wanna tell people what I think about brokenlens right now.

More people are rude, like to the new members, they don't get respect and the old members are leaving because no one is noticing them.

I might be wrong on some things, but brokenlens is definitely dying for a fact.

This is definitely a eye-opener and should be shared cause it's not just you who feels the same, maybe with more people agreeing we can go back to the way it used to be, ya know the community we once were

I don't know why and Probably some people are like me but I have an Obsession about staying second/first in Message In Leaderboard , There is no Selfishness or anything , I just feel I want to be there because For me it shows that Im here and I deserve to be here , That I still need to be here.

I mean. Yea, I feel kind of... I guess bored, in a way. I don't have a lot of fun going on the forms. I have gone back on the server, and the excitement isn't OUT THERE. Like it pops out at you. It might be because we have a lot of new people playing, and as kids get older, we get bored of things we've played forever. I think it's because of generations. One generation comes, then leaves while another generation comes in.

I am a new member to forums (obviously) and I don't know many things about the forums But I don't think MOST of the people here came to become popular or staff, some maybe. Though I do think most people came here to make friends, help brokenlens and have fun.

Other then that I think you prove a point. I think this is more for the older members to talk about but I just wanted to say my opinion as someone who hasn't been on forums for long.

Finally someone said it.

Not many respect the new members cause they are 9 year olds with IQ's of 0 and they are try-hards and it pisses people off.

I was 8 when I joined, it literally took me like 5 months before Ray (believe it or not) became my friend first ;-; then Sara then Cq then Aypi then I joined forums :-:
I said CQ was my first friend, but she didn't really connect me to forums ;-; Ray was my first friend that I still know today.
That makes sence
