Reasons: They are flyhacking, using killaura, and bypassing a previous ban all at the same time.

This player was really obvious about how he was cheating.

I just recorded another match where they tried to do their thing but someone was able to defeat them.
I can share it if it would help with filing this report although it seems like the results are already pretty conclusive.
