They banned m_w_3 forever and he left the server

My friend m_w_3 got banned for 3 times but when I saw the reasons just one of them was right and we can't ban a player forever because they will left the server .
Or we can use ip ban but all of them must be temporary.
I want from staff to unban him. he is banned forever and he worked on his account a lot.

And I have to mention that he doesn't know anything about forums.brlns.net and he can't make a ban appeal
