There is a lot of lag in the Hub

This is the problem: When I enter the Hub I cannot see anything and if I enter the chat it keeps loading infinitely and I tried to restart the game but it remains the same, only the servers of the Games but I can never enter the Hub I don't know if it's because I use a copy of Minecraft pe but I can't see anything! Help!!!

I know this thread is for 1 month ago but here is answer.... it sometimes happens to me too it's because ur device is low or ur ping is high or u downloaded the top version of minecraft u must have low ping and good device and download lower version of minecraft if u don't want to do this things it's better connect to minigames which have less lag or bug for example tntrun and mobwars .... and more u should know the minigame port here is all of them ports in this link https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/ip-for-every-brokenlens-server.1845/ hopefully this works and sorry for bad grammar
