Alright, so...You might recognize me from the ban appeals thing, (mistakenly banned). I am here today because I have seen a hacker, His name is: ShishaBoii I believe. He says he has been banned 3 times, So I suggest you IP ban him. He is using speed, fly, and jump boost hacks.
He says he can't be IP banned cause of a hack, but I think he just made that up so that I wouldn't do this, I gave him a few warnings to stop hacking but he did not listen. He has been winning an awful lot of rounds because of these hacks, and the server I catched him on is Bow Spleef.
Here is my proof, I give you, a screenie.
