You will be banned if you don't stop. This is a video game you can't do that in video games especially not in Minecraft.Your trying to get someone banned and it is not working.You need proof of something like this.Btw I don't know if ban appeals if the right section

1. Ignore him, just a simple thing...
2. If he comments you, do not reply back or he'll keep bugging you.
3. If you think he's too inappropriate, move to another server. (If you're on Team Skywar, server port is 2071, move to 2072 or 2073).
But reporting someone without evidence may cause you to get banned...
