The Year 2019 - Mafia - Day 3
January 5, 2019 - The Gymnasium
The sweat inside of me grew more as more people start to pick on me with the words they had on top of their longs. "Hey, skinny boy! When are you going to tell us why that box had your name on it?"
I completely ignored his question as the words "Skinny boy," melting through into my head. I was about to say that saying skinny boy was one of the most overused words in the English dictionary but then again, I already had a crowd of people on top of my back, ready to beat me up.
"All right!" I started. "This isn't all my fault so don't you even start with 'this is your fault,' cause guess what, you ain't helping the case now are you?" The room went completely silent with no sound to be heard in the gym. "I thought so. Now, what I would be doing right now if you were me is start search peoples bags in the entire school and investigate if they don't have some kind of sugar bomb planted inside their bags since that's what the box I opened had in it.
But nobody moved in the room. In fact, it seemed like nobody was listening to what I had to say and I was looking like an idiot up here on stage. "Well?" my voice sounding a bit louder into the microphone. That's when they snapped out of daydream land and started to move from their spots. "That wasn't so bad after all," I said to myself like I just gave an entire speech to the world.
"Hey!" One of the teachers yelled at me from across the room. "Yea?" I jumped down the stage instead of using the stairs since I don't really bother with the stairs anymore. "What are you doing into finding this 'boxing sugar,' if I ask?"
I played around with my fingers as I try to think of something fast to say to the teacher. Cause if I'm correct, I don't think that doing anything was part of my plan into this speech that mind you, had to think of fast when they called me down to the gym.
"I-I um, I am helping the school by looking for anyone that was acting weird." The looks of the teacher's face didn't look like he was convinced enough to take my response serious enough but I guess I was off the hook cause he gave me a dirty look and left me in the middle of the gym. "Well good thing that's over."

I cleared the fog that was on the front doors to the school with my sweater and took a look outside to see out much has it snowed since I opened that mysterious box in math class. "You better fixed this." I jumped from my spot to find out that my friend was behind me.
"You could've killed me," I told him in an overdramatic way. "Sorry. But there was no other way in telling you that besides jump scaring you." I turned my attention back to the window to see the snow coming down faster than an eagle diving for its food.
"The snow is coming down out there isn't it?" His voice reminded me of some type of men that introduced me to the state when I got off the plane from the UK a few years ago. "Indeed it is my friend." We both stood there in silence with a drop of water dripping in the background.
"I got something to tell you." He walked closer to me. "We sacrificed Lucas a few hours ago and now they want to kill you next." My brain froze with no words generating from it. "Well, as they say, if we can't beat them, join them."
