The Watcher

This is not much of a bug, but it still annoys me.
Most of the time while playing a game, I wait for other players to join and I do some parkour on the waitong lobby. Suddenly, I get kicked out then this what appears on my screen "The Watcher kicked you Error Code #160" I did some research and I saw that #160 is a speed hack but I don't use any hacks at all. How to prevent that from happening?

It's just a anti-hacker system. Please bear with it as it helps keep the server free of hackers. Usually this would be an issue if there's a lot of lag. Restart minecraft and it should be fixed

I get kicked from error #160 all the time, I’m pretty sure it’s just lag
