Really weird and off topic question and idk if it should be in General Discussion, but who is TheWatcher? I see TheWatcher mentioned a lot in Ban Appeals. Is he the snow golem that wanders around wherever? Or is he an actual person who moderates the server and bans people?

The watcher is the snow golem. He is an Anti Cheat/ Hack system that will kick a player on the suspicion of hacking and ban them when the code tells him they are hacking.

WorldView I'm not entirely sure, but I think it helps load chunks and etc.
