Errors correspond to hacks.
They're just to make sure you're not attempting to fly.
You can receive those errors from standing on slabs, stairs, or other transcendant blocks.

Attempt of fly hacking.
Possibly because -

- Crouching on a fence post
- Climbing up water
- Crouch at the end of a block
- Falling

another guy and i were building really high i was higher and he was trying to catch me i was building over to drop tnt on him when i got kicked .....

You have to highlight the word "here" (or whatever text you want to attach the link to), then click on the button that looks like a chain in the bar above the text box (the 7th button from the left). Then put the URL/link that you want to link it to in that box.
I usually put the text in bold and italics so people can tell there's a link there.
