So yeah, a lot of people have been talking about there being too many staff members. I thought of this idea to manage the amount of staff. Now I'd someone is working really hard and they deserve it we could probably let it slide once. But for the most
Part I think it might be helpful to use this.

1 Owner Spot: Already taken, irreplaceable, don't ask!

4 Admin spots: 2 Are available (I think plush should be one of them) I do expect hazard to be promoted to admin along with plush jk, I'm expressing my frustration

6 Global moderator spots: 2 available (Ray is currently the person who I think deserves it.)

6: Trail/Sectional Moderator Spots: 1 available at the moment, Half the staff thinks that there is 2 available though because they don't know I exist. (Anyways snowy should get this spot.)

So yeah this thread probably won't be read by a staff member for like 50 years. Anyways this is just my plan, we don't have to use it. It's my ideas though so they probably will never be used
