The server want to get me banned

So i was picking stuffs on my chest and then (im on creeper kit) and then the compass disappears and then another 16 tnt has just appeared and then i picked the 16 tnt another 16 tnt has appeared in the chest and then someone asked me if im exploiting i said no.. I only used 5 tnt not all of them i want to make the duplication glitch fixed i dont want to get banned from this mistake its like the server is doing this on purpose
