Compared to the last map you posted here you have improved a lot!!. I think something you can do is looking for tutorials on youtube and for inspiration that teaches you how to do a map less... let's say less "squared" and "flat" and more texturized, itemized and detailed. Try new things, It's not about making things fit minecraft but making minecraft fits your imagination.
