1. In TSW I killed a lot of ppl so I got 6+ gapples. (Medieval/Ruined Kingdom map) and then when I pearled to the last person (barely stacked), I hit the grass and fell into the void.

2. When you kill everyone and the very last person is afk but you end up falling into a 1-block hole into the void.
