The Rules Need To Be Updated

As the title states, the rules need to be updated. I'm talking about the rules from here:

Most of these rules aren't accurate anymore to the actual rules on this server. New rules have been added and rule (For example, chargeback and teaming) breaking consequences have changed since that post was made. I think this way, people will know the exact rules and ban times for these rules and know all the rules so they won't break them as often.
