First of all , @Aypifox says that you need to be 12+ older to get Trial.. Younger than 12 can get....Forumer / Helper.

If you want a yes or a no, then I'm saying no. He's only been on trial for a couple of weeks, let him have more time to improve and redeem himself. If he continues to ban people wrongly then yes, he should be demoted, as should anyone if they do that.

That's my opinion.
